FanDesk is a platform that lets Telegram creators receive anonymous questions, run fan leaderboards and engagement features, and receive payments from fans (subscriptions, tips, gifts, shoutouts, digital products) using Telegram Stars. FanDesk operates inside Telegram and is subject to Telegram's own terms of service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and comply with Telegram's Terms of Service. We do not verify age — responsibility for meeting the age requirement rests solely with the user (and, for any business or channel, with its owner). If we receive a credible report that a user is under 18, we may remove their account.
The 18+ requirement applies to using the Service — creating an account, interacting through the bot or Mini App, and making payments. Simply browsing the public directory, or following a listed Telegram channel, is not use of the Service; listed channels set and manage their own audience rules under Telegram's Terms of Service (for example, an education channel may serve younger audiences on Telegram — but FanDesk interactions and payments remain 18+).
Creators are independent users of the Service. They are not employees, agents, or partners of LyboTechGroup. Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish, the products they sell, the fulfilment of anything they promise fans, and their own tax obligations (including GST/income tax where applicable).
Interactions between fans and creators — including questions, answers, purchases, and conduct in a creator's Telegram channel — are solely between those parties. We provide creators with moderation tools (such as blocking senders and content filters) but do not supervise, and are not responsible for, user interactions. Conduct inside Telegram channels is governed by Telegram's Terms of Service and moderated by the channel's own administrators.
You must not use the Service to:
Anonymous questions are anonymous to the creator, not to the platform. We keep records sufficient to enforce blocking, moderation, and legal obligations — but we never reveal, sell, or share an anonymous sender's identity with creators or any third party, and no "reveal" feature exists or will be offered (see our Privacy Policy).
The FanDesk Directory displays channels and bots submitted by third parties. Listings are the sole responsibility of the person who submits them and the owner of the listed channel or bot. We do not endorse, verify, vet, or continuously monitor listings; metadata shown is fetched automatically from Telegram at listing time. Each lister warrants their listing complies with Telegram's Terms of Service, our listing policy, and applicable law. We may — but are not obliged to — remove any listing at any time, including in response to reports.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, risk to other users, or legal requirement. Creators can block anonymous senders; blocked users lose access to that creator's inbox.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (questions, answers, product content, links). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, publishing an answered question to a connected channel). The FanDesk name, brand, design, and software are the property of LyboTechGroup and may not be copied or used without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and features may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn at any time. We depend on third-party services (including Telegram) that we do not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyboTechGroup excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service, and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of AUD $50 or the platform fees we received from you in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of resupply.
You indemnify LyboTechGroup against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signposted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Questions about these Terms: message @FanDeskAppBot or the channel @fandeskhq.
